Project Overview

The Project creates a place that is vibrant, active and showcases the Goolwa Wharf Precinct’s many unique features, cementing this distinct destination as a great place to visit and spend time, for locals and tourists. The investment reflects the Client’s strategic vision ’to thrive’ and establish a revitalised place for innovative and diverse activities ranging from new business opportunities, outdoor dining, ‘pop ups’, festivals and community events. New landscaping, roads & pathways, signage and lighting will provide an enhanced level of amenity for the precinct, creating places and spaces that are shared, accessible, connected, inviting and attractive; and encourage the use and exploration of the waterfront area through to the Goolwa township. The project will also include reconstruction of the Wharf, refurbishment of the Wharf Shed, and upgrades to the Signal Point building.
