Darren has over 20 years’ experience in procurement and contracts management, as well as delivery and maintenance of road and public transport infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in procurement, contract administration & management, construction management, superintendent’s role and asset maintenance.
Whether embedded in or leading teams, Darren has gained invaluable knowledge in the different types of procurement strategies and how these can be used to manage risk effectively to deliver projects successfully. His unique skills and an enhanced appreciation allow him to operate effectively in both the collaborative and commercial working environments.
Belinda Cowley

Belinda has over 17 years’ project management experience delivering projects spanning transport and civil infrastructure, organisational change and community programs. Belinda is an accomplished project manager, with expertise in project delivery, stakeholder and community engagement, operational readiness and asset transition for heavy rail, roads and building facilities.
Belinda’s strength lies in her agility, ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders through positive communication and accountability and her proven risk management capabilities to effectively identify and manage risk and opportunity to achieve project outcomes.

Marco has over 20 years’ experience in the management, delivery and maintenance of road and public transport infrastructure projects. He has gained extensive and diverse knowledge and experience in project management, asset maintenance & management, engineering management, contract management, and community and stakeholder management.
His broad experience across a number of high-profile projects enables him to take a holistic approach to project management including community and environmental impacts and the management of risk to deliver projects on time and within budget.
